No Job Offer After 90 Working Days: Should the client not receive a job offer within 90 working days from the start of their application, a refund may be requested. This request must be submitted in writing for our records. Verbal or informal requests will not be considered.

Refund Processing Period: Once the refund request is received, it will undergo a review process, and any approved refund will be issued after 180 days from the receipt of the written cancellation notice. This period allows for all necessary checks and verifications to be completed.

2. Payment Compliance for Refunds

Clients are only eligible for a refund if all payments have been made in full and on time. Partial or delayed payments will result in ineligibility for refunds. Clients must adhere to the payment terms outlined in their service agreement to maintain their eligibility.

3. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Granted

The following situations will render the client ineligible for any refund:

Submission of Incorrect or Fraudulent Documents: Clients must ensure the accuracy and authenticity of all documentation submitted. Any false or fraudulent submissions will void any right to a refund and may result in immediate termination of services.

Damage to the Company’s Reputation: Should a client engage in any actions or behavior that tarnishes the reputation of Insta Immigration Corporate Services, their eligibility for refunds will be forfeited. This includes any conduct that violates the terms of the agreement or compromises the integrity of the company.

4. Other Considerations

Refund requests will be evaluated individually, and approval or denial is solely at the discretion of Insta Immigration Corporate Services. It is crucial that clients meet all obligations, follow the procedures outlined, and provide any requested documents promptly to be considered for a refund.
